From the San Diego Airport:
Take Harbor Drive South from the airport or rental car location.

Turn left (East) on Grape Street.

Take the I-5 freeway on-ramp heading South.
|
Take the CA-163 freeway off ramp heading North (nearly immeidately after getting on I-5).

Go North about 10 miles, the 163 will merge into the 15 North.

After about 11 miles, take the Bernardo Center Dr. exit.

Turn right onto Bernardo Center Dr.
|
Turn left at the first light onto Iberia Place.
|
At the end of the cul de sac you'll see three driveways. Enter the center driveway with the "Parkside Plaza" sign at the entrance.
