Wolf Furniture Wolf Furniture, an Altoona, PA based furniture retailer with seven locations and annual sales of $75M, deployed fourteen of our Customer Self-Service Solutions featuring an electronic credit application. The Customer Self-Service Solutions were deployed close to the front of the store so consumers could establish a credit line prior to shopping. The solution is supported 10AM to 10PM, seven days by the retailers IT department and backed up with Tier three managed services. Our Customer Self-Service Solution produced a lift in average ticket of 25% and a 15% increase in private-label credit applications.
